Setting up your wedding gift list
Aside from gaining a lifetime partner, a wedding brings many perks, not least wedding gifts, and hopefully lots of them. So, choosing your gift list is your opportunity to have some fun and ensure you get some really great presents… no his and hers aprons, novelty salt and pepper shakers or hideous ornaments in sight (phew).
Unless you’re planning on coining it in by asking your guests just for cash, it’s an extremely good idea to set up some kind of list as it will reduce the chance of receiving unwanted gifts or duplications. After all, who wants to be starting out in married life with several toasters, a novelty doormat and a bread maker that you just know you will never use?
